Over just a short period of time, Edison Argote’s name has become synonymous with pushing the boundaries in Colombian coffees. This comes from his desire to alter your perception of what coffee should taste like. This specific lot is a testament to what breaking the rules can accomplish.

First the coffee cherry is fermented in tanks for 72 hours before drying for 12 days. The coffee then goes through a 4 day proprietary yeast inoculation before being dried again. You may ask yourself “why go through the trouble?” Well the benefit of this madness is highlighted in your cup.
