WHOLESALE FAQs
We roast our coffee to order. This means that your coffee will be roasted and shipped/delivered within 1-2 businessdays of your order being placed.
Since our coffee is so fresh off-roast when you receive it, we recommend you wait at least 5 days to use the coffee as espresso. So be sure to get your order in early and keep a small back stock of anything you would be using as espresso. Sometimes espresso can be “too fresh” which will result in the espresso not tasting balanced.
Please place your order by 2pm on Tuesday.

This is subject to change based on order volumes, holidays and weather related concerns.
There is no minimum order amount for deliveries, but wholesale orders under $150 will be charged a delivery fee.
If your weekly orders come out to less than $150, we recommend ordering less often so you do not have to be charged a delivery fee.
Most certainly! When checking out on the wholesale portal, just select the pick up option. You can also leave a note on the order to let us know when you would like to pick up your wholesale order.
For sure! There are generic shipping rates that can be selected based on the dollar amount you have ordered. All orders are shipped via UPS and should arrive within 1 – 4 business days depending on your location.
No distance is too far for us! Our standardized shipping rates on the wholesale portal have been set up based on shipping to the continental USA. If you are outside of the continental US give us a call to discuss rates.
