PROCESSING

Anaerobic, Mosto Innoculated, Thermal Shock, Sugarcane EA Decaf

This Pink Bourbon gets the VIP treatment, starting with controlled oxidation, a 60-hour anaerobic fermentation boosted by a cultured mosto, and a hot-and-cold quench that locks volatile flavor compounds deep inside the bean. After precision dehumidified drying and a week of stabilization, it's naturally decaffeinated using sugarcane-derived EA and mountain spring water—removing 99.9% of the caffeine while keeping every juicy, floral, candy-like note right where it belongs.
