What's a nano lot you ask?  It's some really good coffee that takes a lot of GOod SH*# ENergy to produce.  It's friends like Rosa Mego climbing the mountains of her remote farm dozens of times a year to pick only the ripest of cherries.  It's labeling each journey into separate "picks" so Rosa and Goshen can taste for the best lots.  It's Goshen then blending our favorite itty bitty lots before we roast and obsessively tweak.  It's years of blood, sweat and tears from humans working together across the world to make sure what you taste in this bag makes you say "mmm yum" every time.

Process: Fully Washed and a dry fermentation of 32 hours in closed bags, dried in parabolic covered patios for 40 - 60 days
