We’ve committed sacrilege and made a Gesha variety monster by stitching together two different coffee producers. In Tolima, Colombia both Milton Monroy and Israel Hernandez are internationally known for showcasing their Gesha coffees. Milton’s dry fermentation highlights ripe tropical fruits while Israel’s washed process brings out brightness and floral notes. It’s an abomination you will hate to love.

From two of the most prominent coffee growers in Colombia - Milton Monroy and Israel Hernandez. Both lots come from the Tolima department of Colombia, but the farms rest on opposite sides of the mountain range that runs through it. Milton’s Gesha was grown around the town of Ibague and went through the natural process. While Israel’s Gesha was grown around the Rioblanco community and went through the washed process. By blending these two coffees together, we get the best of both Gesha coffees. Milton’s coffee adds ripe tropical fruit flavors, while Israel’s coffee at brightness and florality to the blend.
